At Shop She Rise we facilitate and cater to ALL sizes.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I PURCHASE?

Size charts are provided for applicable products. If unsure, please feel free to
contact us. We will be happy to assist.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Once you place an order, please allow two to four business days for for the order to be shipped.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping delays may be extended during holidays, bad weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery time within the United States is usually around five to seven business days. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.
We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.
Once your order is shipped you will get a confirmation and a tracking number emailed to you with all relevant shipping details. To track the order simply click on the tracking number provided in the email twenty four hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Your upon of choice is determined at the checkout selection.
Please note we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS/UPS to international mail carriers.
If you have not received a tracking number after three business days, please email us at
contact@shopshe-rise.com.
Please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.
Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. This includes At and house numbers. Incorrect information may also delay your package from arriving on time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS.
International and Military orders may take up to twenty one business days or longer to arrive.
Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed by SHE RISE LLC. In most cases these fees must be paid in order to receive your package.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.
Please be aware some international countries do not scan the package once it arrives in your country. If you have not received your package beyond twenty one days please contact your local post office or customs as the package may be held there.
The US Postal Service and UPS does not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package for standard/first class mail.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT IS SUBMITTED?

We will attempt to make the change or cancel your order within a twenty four hour period in which you place the order. We cannot guarantee the order can be changed or cancelled.
Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes or cancel the order or issue a refund.
If you made an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, we regrettably advise we will NOT be able to make any changes to the order or issue a refund.
We can only ship to the address entered at PayPal checkout. If you recognized your address is incorrect, please email us at contact@shopshe-rise.com with immediate effect.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS UNDELIVERABLE TO MY ADDRESS?

Check the status of the tracking number provided to you. If it states your package is undeliverable, please email us at contact@shopshe-rise.com.
Guidance will be given on how to proceed.
If we receive your package in the mail you will be contacted via email to request an updated shipping address. The package will be resent to you, a small return shipping fee will be required to cover the return shipping costs due to the unclaimed, invalid, undeliverable, address provided to us. This fee has be paid prior to us re-shipping your package.
Your package must be received prior to us making any changes or re sending the package.
Please ensure your shipping address is inputted correctly at checkout to avoid delays in receiving your order.
We do not refund shipping fees.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments via PayPal in US Dollars only.
PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards securely without sharing personal information. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays or declines.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to sanitary protocols, the intimate nature of She Rise products and the on ongoing pandemic (COVID 19) refunds, exchanges and or credits are suspended at this time.
Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Descriptions are given for each product to ensure customer clarity.
Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.
Alterations, warranties and repairs are not accommodated.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PROMOTIONS AND OR COUPON CODES?

Shop She Rise will offer specials and coupon codes periodically. One coupon code is used per order when relevant coupon codes are provided. Current coupon codes cannot be applied to a previous purchase. Coupon codes cannot be used or combined with discounted product(s) that are on sale.
The coupon code is entered at check out.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT?

If an error is made with your order please feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist.
You may be required to provide clear photos of the package the order arrived in and the products received.
If this is the case please send photos to contact@shopshe-rise.com.
Once it has been determined your order was indeed incorrect, the matter will be dealt with expeditiously.
We will need the incorrect item returned to us in a new, sealed and unused condition. A return label will be emailed to you.
Please allow seven to fourteen business days for us to process the incorrect order.
Due to sanitary protocols and COVID 19, if the incorrect item has been worn, opened or removed from packaging, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange regardless of error on SHE RISE LLC behalf.
Please note, any error in order(s) outside of a fourteen day window cannot be returned, refunded or given a credit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM(S) ORDERED IS DAMAGED?

If you receive a damaged item(s).
You will be asked to provide clear photos of the package the order arrived in and the product(s) received at contact@shopshe-rise.com along with your contact information. We would be happy to assist.
The photos will be reviewed.
Based on the situation a determination will be made, if to issue a refund, exchange or credit for the item(s).
If the item(s) cannot be refunded, exchanged or credit given a clear concise explanation will be given.
Please note, any damaged item(s) outside of a thirty day window cannot be returned, refunded or given a credit.
We reserve the right not to accept certain damaged item(s).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse to process an order(s) due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. Our customer service department may email you at the email address provided to confirm your order(s).
We reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) using any promotion or promotional code.
If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s) and your order(s) will not be shipped.
